We are looking for an IT recruiter to a major and worldwide company in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a great opportunity for an IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience who is looking for a significant career move in a company that provides continuous learning and support.
The IT recruiter will be in charge of fulfilling several job positions, with different responsibilities, such as:
- Acces Management
- Application Security
- Business Process
- Cloud Security
- Compliance (security)
- Data Loss Protection
- Emerging technologies,
- Penetration Testers
- Business Process Execution and
- Program/Project Management.
- Fill critical business positions with top talented professionals in a timely fashion.
- A/B test sourcing messages and outreach techniques to identify the optimal strategy for each role.
- Continuous and proactive build of a candidate pipeline.
- Support the company as an Employer of Choice by driving a positive candidate experience and being a brand ambassador.
- Partner and advise hiring teams on recruiting best practices.
- Organize and lead recruiting projects to completion while documenting the results and takeaways.
- Remain active in the local community by attending networking events, Meetups and conferences, and by staying up to date on market trends.
- 3+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in written spoken English and Spanish – very nice to have
- Ability to get work done on time and with high quality
- Ability to achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction from the client
- Teamworking spirit
- Strong work ethics.
