Manager, Paid Search
Brainlabs is a high‑performance media agency that values culture, data and technology. We are seeking a paid search manager to lead client campaigns, mentor teammates and continuously improve our paid search service.
Responsibilities
- Define campaign delivery plans, including objectives, measurement targets and optimisation strategies.
- Generate and promote innovative concepts to clients using a test‑and‑learn approach; share successes and identify ways to improve guidelines, playbooks and processes, including automation opportunities.
- Deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, meet budgets and are delivered on time.
- Track and optimise campaigns effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on day‑to‑day tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and implement process guidelines, contributing ideas around automation and process improvement.
- Contribute to the best‑practice roadmap, ensuring our paid search offering continues to evolve.
- Mentor colleagues across the practice to grow capability and knowledge.





Qualifications
- 4+ years of paid search delivery experience.
- Passion for paid search and a proven track record of optimising campaigns through automation, processes and technology.
- Good understanding of how other channels work together and can be optimised.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with leadership skills in client communication.
- Strong presentation, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Detail‑oriented, methodical and process‑oriented.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Interest in growing the knowledge of peers and staying current with industry trends.

- Meet internal targets for technology adoption and process optimisation.
- Hit quality‑assurance metrics on all campaigns led.
