**About the Role**:

In this role, you’ll act as the glue that ensures seamless operations by managing schedules, communications, and initiatives. This full-time remote role (40 hours/week) requires working primarily during US Eastern Standard Time (typically 8 am-4 pm).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and maintain the calendar in various time zones, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and organized.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and related documentation.
- Perform heavy project management tasks via Asana, ensuring all projects are on track and deadlines are met.
- Keep the Executive organized and on track with daily updates on the status of key projects.
- Create necessary materials such as agendas, notes, templates, PPT slides, and research materials.
- High attention to detail while managing confidential information with discretion.
- Self-starter who can anticipate needs and provide logical solutions with limited direction.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Manage documentation and maintain an organized repository of important files and resources.





**What We’re Looking For**:

- 4+ years of experience at executive level (remote experience preferred)
- Excellent English written and speaking skills (C1/B2 English)
- Proven ability to manage a complex calendar and schedule meetings efficiently
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Fathom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and video conferencing software such as Teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude who thrives on anticipating needs proactively addressing challenges and taking initiative
- Reliable, quiet location with good high-speed internet for remote work

**Salary range**: $15 - $18

**Hours**: 40 hours per week

Must be able to work US EST hours (typically 8am-4pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,850.00 - $3,420.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
