Job Title: People Operations Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Role

Location: Hybrid — Buenos Aires, Argentina (Retiro office)

Time Zone: Must align with U.S. business hours, primarily ET & PT

Industry: Technology Consulting / Digital Services

We are seeking a People Operations Analyst to join the internal People Operations team at Kopius, supporting our U.S. business across our Atlanta and Washington offices. This is an internal role (not client-facing) focused on operational reporting, utilization and margin analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of People processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and excels at building structured reporting frameworks that drive decision-making. You'll work closely with Finance, Payroll, Delivery, Customer Success, IT, Sales, Recruiting, and the broader People team to align operations, monitor performance, and scale processes as the business grows. Given the heavy interaction with our U.S. operations, prior experience supporting U.S.-based employees and a strong understanding of U.S.

People & HR processes and compliance frameworks are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate alignment across Finance, Customer Success, IT, Sales, Recruiting, People, and Delivery teams
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency, performance, and system utilization
- Partner with Finance and Delivery on operational budgeting, resource planning, and margin analysis
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards covering utilization, headcount, billable hours, margins, and other operational metrics
- Support acquisition integrations as required, ensuring structured cross-functional coordination
- Design and implement scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Lead decommission reporting and tracking, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Partner directly with Finance and Payroll teams on data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting cycles
- Maintain compliance with U.S.



People-related regulations across multiple states (Georgia, Washington, and others)
- Provide executive-level reporting and communications to leadership and stakeholders
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation

Basic Qualifications

- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) — will interact daily with U.S.-based stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Process-oriented, structured, and comfortable building systems and workflows from scratch.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Thrives in collaborative, multicultural teams while maintaining strong individual ownership.
- Strong sense of accountability and discretion handling confidential information.

Technical Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Business Operations supporting U.S.-based teams
- Strong background in reporting, utilization tracking, margin analysis, and operational KPIs
- Hands-on experience with CRM and operational platforms such as Salesforce , BigTime , and Sage
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
- Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or equivalent
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, ADP, or similar)
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Jira, Confluence)




- Direct experience partnering with Finance and Payroll teams
- Strong understanding of U.S. People & HR compliance frameworks, including:
- I-9, W-2 / W-4, and onboarding documentation
- ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting
- FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) and exempt/non-exempt classifications
- EEOC reporting and equal opportunity compliance
- Multi-state payroll, tax, and labor regulations
- FMLA, ADA, and leave administration
- State-specific requirements (California, Washington, Georgia)
- Experience supporting U.S. operations within the IT / Technology Consulting industry preferred
- Experience supporting acquisition integrations is a plus
