Role: IT Logistics Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 2-3 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Onsite in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Role Overview
This role supports end users by combining hands-on logistics. The position works across multiple teams and plays a key role in recent operational changes, ensuring equipment and technology are delivered, managed, and supported efficiently for remote end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the End User Support group, collaborating across multiple internal teams.
- Manage the logistics lifecycle of IT equipment, including laptops and peripherals.
- Prepare equipment for deployment: packing, boxing, labeling, and shipping devices to end users' homes.
- Coordinate with FedEx and other carriers for scheduled pickups and shipments.
- Track, store,



and manage IT inventory and shipping materials.
- Handle laptop referrals and equipment requests, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Perform and support complex technical tasks related to end-user computing.
- Adapt to and support operational changes within the IT support organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in IT logistics, shipping, and inventory management.
- Ability to handle complex technical issues beyond basic troubleshooting.
- Experience working with shipping vendors (e.g., FedEx) and coordinating pickups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing operational environment.
