**Performance Marketing Associate (Media Buyer) at AdClass**

AdClass is hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. If you light up when data meets creative, treat every client dollar like your own, and want to grow inside a fast-moving, US-led agency pod, this is for you.

We run Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for businesses that want real growth, not vanity metrics. **Position Details**
- **Role**: Performance Marketing Associate (Media Buyer)
- **Location**: Remote LATAM (Mexico City, Medellín, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Santiago, or similar major metro)
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time
- **Compensation**: $1,500 to $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience, with bonus and growth potential
- **Reporting line**: Reports to an Account Strategist (Senior Media Buyer)
**What You Will Do**
- **Launch and optimize paid campaigns** across Meta, Google, and TikTok for clients in coaching, e-commerce, mentorship, real estate, and lead generation.
- **Build full-funnel strategies**. Match creatives to audience awareness level (top, middle, and bottom of funnel)
using both long-form and short-form video so no part of the customer journey gets ignored.
- **Track and report on KPIs** that actually matter for the goal. Awareness: impressions, reach, CPM, video views, engagement. Traffic: clicks, CTR, CPC. Conversion: sales, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate.
- **Build reporting in Looker Studio and Google Analytics**. Surface insights by platform, day of week, audience, and creative so we know exactly where to push the budget next.
- **Optimize daily**. Find your top creatives and audiences, replace under-performers with smart variations of the winners, and document what you learned so the pod gets faster every week.
- **Write and brief creative that connects**. Develop scripts, primary text, hooks, and angles rooted in customer psychology and real emotional drivers. Use the problem, solution, proof, CTA framework. Collaborate with the creative team and clients on UGC, testimonials, and founder-led content.
- **Improve client funnels**. Edit landing pages, run split tests, suggest funnel and form changes, and connect the dots between ad performance and on-page conversion (for example, click-to-lead rate by platform).
- **Manage budgets and ROAS like an owner**. Reallocate spend toward higher-performing days, platforms, audiences, and creatives. Flag underperformance before it becomes a problem.
- **Test with intention**. Plan structured tests for new creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
Bring hypotheses, not guesses.
**What We Look For**
- Fluent English, written and verbal. You can hold your own with U.S. and international teams.
- 1 to 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience on at least two of: Meta, Google, TikTok.
- Comfortable managing $10K to $50K+ monthly per account, or a clear path to that level.
- Funnel thinking is second nature. You know the difference between cold, warm, and hot traffic and you design creatives and offers accordingly.
- Reporting and analytics fluency. You live in Looker Studio and Google Analytics. Familiarity with HYROS, MixPanel, Microsoft Clarity, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
- Creative judgment. You can write or brief ad copy, video scripts, and hooks that connect emotionally and convert.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven. You can turn a dashboard into a clear next action.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency pod. You like collaboration, feedback, and shipping work that ships results.
- Self-starter bonus. If you have launched your own e-commerce store, run lead gen for your own ventures, taught marketing, or built something independently, we want to hear about it.
