About the RoleWe are looking for a Quote-to-Cash Specialist to serve as a subject‐matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes — from quoting and pricing through contract execution, amendments, and renewals.You will work across CPQ and CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing and revenue systems.
The role is adecuado for a hands‐on expert in complex SaaS or marketplace deal environments.What You Will DoAct as a subject‐matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processesSupport and optimize commercial workflows including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminationsCollaborate cross‐functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to ensure scalable and compliant contract processesManage and improve deal desk governance, approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and operational controlsValidate contract, pricing, and order data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and downstream operational accuracyEnsure contractual terms and commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition systemsAnalyze and document business processes, identify operational gaps,
