We are looking for a Temp to Permanent Recruitment Manager to join our growing team! As a Recruitment & Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving client acquisition & maintaining relations, identify top talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process within the domain of Domestic Staffing. Integrity in delivering high quality work, and attentiveness to detail is required to succeed in this role. Great verbal and written skills in English is required. This role will start as a three month part time temporary position, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time long term role, based on performance.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Identify new business opportunities, researching potential client targets, and drive marketing strategy in outreaching to new clientele. Analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and help create business development strategy to increase agencies market share and reputation.
- Actively engaging potential candidates through various channels to ensure an
- diverse pool of talent. (Including but not limited to: Boolean Search, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Utilizing advanced search techniques and tools to identify and attract highly qualified individuals.
- Building and nurturing a talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs. Prioritizing prompt communication and response times to emails, SMS, calls and all correspondence.
- Establishing connections with passive candidates through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Thoroughly screening resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements and client preferences.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Crafting comprehensive profiles and resumes for selected candidates, highlighting their qualifications and achievements effectively.
- Conducting reference checks to verify candidates' employment history, performance, and character, ensuring a track record of reliability and professionalism.
- Maintaining regular communication and follow-up to ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and reference checks, using our Enginehire platform for efficient candidate management.
- Act as a Hiring Manager: Manage and support our growth of recruitment coordinator's and their candidate pipelines, reviewing their onboards, supporting them with any blockers, ensuring they are aligned and updated on client requirements for each role, as well as working collaboratively in completing applicant profiles to prepare to submit to clients for review
- Support company CEO in executive functions, and daily check-ins and assignments.
- Write & update company SOP's, brochures, and client/candidate manuals
Additional Duties:

- Managing legal contracts
- Design creative holiday emails and social media posts (Canva)
- Data transfer and organization to new ATS/CRM
Requirements Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably preferably in a remote environment or with a USA-based company.
- Previous experience working for a Domestic Staffing agency within the USA is highly preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, covering candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection techniques, with a focus on the USA market.
- Proficient in utilizing recruitment software, social media platforms, and other digital tools for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism, as you are a representative of the agency when speaking to candidates.
- Must be amenable to working in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing candidate data and documentation effectively.
- Interest and Eagerness to learn & utilize AI tools
Work Equipment and Environment Requirements:
- Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer, noise-canceling headphones, HD webcam, and a stable internet connection
- Backup equipment and reliable internet access are essential in case of outages or interruptions.
- A dedicated professional workspace at home with minimal to no noise is a requirement as this role involves phone calls and video conferencing.

Schedule:
- 20-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9am-6pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
- Rate: $3- $4 USD per hour (DOE) with the possibility for bonuses in the future based on performance. Room for Growth.

Pay: $3,726.00 - $4,660.00 per hour
