Our core focus is the search and evaluation of industrial buildings, warehouses, and land for manufacturing and logistics projects across the country. Through our platform, we provide access to 1’000+ industrial assets and work closely with developers, brokers, and specialized service providers to help companies identify the right location and partners for their Soft-Landing to Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry, document creation, and spreadsheet management
Create attractive industrial real estate announcements
Maintain organized files and documentation




Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Attend occasional in-person meetings
Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Fluent in English (written)
Basic Marketing Knowledge
10-finger method on the computer keyboard to write efficient announcements
Endurance, Reliable, Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Other Requirements
Able to work remotely
Own computer or laptop, preferrable with a second screen
Stable internet connection from wherever you are working

Work Experience:
1 – 2 years work experience with Microsoft Office Tools

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time freelancer position, requiring approximately 7 hours per week, with versátil hours to accommodate the candidate's availability. Occasional in-person meetings will be scheduled.
