We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and direct collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain mock services to support development and testing activities.
Create and execute unit and functional tests to ensure software quality and reliability.




Act as the Backend Technical Lead within the team, providing guidance and technical direction.
Define and promote backend architecture standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
Review and approve pull requests, ensuring code quality and adherence to established standards.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and support solution delivery.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Strong experience developing microservices-based architectures.
Advanced knowledge of Java 21 and Spring Boot.
Experience creating and managing mock services.
Solid background in unit testing and functional testing.
Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other developers.
Ability to define technical standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices.
