The adecuado candidates should have Stable work history that demonstrates reliability or in lieu of work history will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service.

Requirements of the Electronics Assembly & Machine Operators

Good Attendance and punctuality is a must.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willing to submit to a Background check/drug test

Verifiable work history in Information Technology Field (6 months +)

Strong working knowledge of electronic test equipment, including:Digital Multimeters (DMM),Oscilloscopes, and Variable power suppliesAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawingsProven ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component levelProficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams in a production environment

Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembly & Machine Operators

1st Shift Hours 7AM-3:30PM

Supervise and support test operators and test technicians in daily production activitiesDevelop, document, and maintain test procedures, work instructions,



and test criteriaEnsure all test procedures are reviewed regularly and updated for accuracy, efficiency, and complianceDiagnose and troubleshoot test failures to the component levelPerform repair and rework on failed assemblies as neededCommunicate test results, trends, and failure analysis findings to Production, Quality, and Engineering teamsMonitor test queue/backlog and drive actions to maintain production flow and on-time deliveryIdentify recurring issues and implement corrective actions in coordination with Quality and EngineeringAssist in development and improvement of test fixtures, processes, and automation where applicableEnsure compliance with internal quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirementsSupport training and development of test personnelMaintain accurate records of test results, repairs, and failure dataParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives across production and test operationsPerform other duties as assigned
