Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive – Restaurants to manage enterprise‑level clients, and drive strategic growth across the restaurant industry within the LATAM region.

The idóneo candidate brings 10+ years of sales experience, strong expertise in the restaurant sector, and proven success selling SaaS solutions and POS systems.

This role requires strong financial and business acumen, the ability to build and execute account strategies, and exceptional cross‑functional collaboration.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role requiring daily in‑person teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Create and execute effective account strategies tailored to the restaurant industry.
- Identify business opportunities and drive growth across the LATAM region.
- Manage and expand relationships with enterprise‑level restaurant clients.
- Negotiate complex deals and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Guide deal structuring and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and client insights to inform business decisions.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, marketing, finance, operations,



and customer success.
- Coordinate seamless product updates, implementations, and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Deliver clear forecasts, status updates, and business presentations.
- Support junior Account Executives and share best practices.
- Perform successfully under pressure and meet demanding client expectations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, ideally in enterprise or B2B environments.
- Mandatory experience in the restaurant industry.
- Experience selling SaaS products and/or POS systems.
- Proven experience working with clients across the LATAM region.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Skilled in analyzing and interpreting sales data.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations.
- Proficiency with CRM and relevant sales tools.
