We are looking for an AI Architect to own the technical direction across a portfolio of client engagements.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, involving AI architecture design for production environments, building proofs-of-concept, and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.

Only for candidates from Colombia or Mexico.

Position 100% remote.

Requirements:

Required Technical Experience

- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or technical consulting
- Strong hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production environments
- Deep knowledge of LLM systems: RAG, function calling, tool use, and agent orchestration
- Experience with prompt architecture, governance, and evaluation frameworks
- Strong background in distributed systems, API design,



and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD, engineering metrics, and scalable system design
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations for AI workflows (PII, data residency)
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries
- English level: advanced.

Nice to Have

- Experience in pre-sales technical validation and workshop facilitation
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional teams
- Exposure to US and European markets
