Mondelez International is looking for: Manager Innovation Powder Beverages and Meals.
Responsible for leading growth opportunities of Powder Beverages and Meals Category in SC.
Develop and prove winning innovation strategy, develop strong pipeline for the category and segments Set priorities on initiatives and lead consumer trends and foresee future big behaviors. Identify global CBM and CPG consumer trends and to design powerful local innovation.
Identify and evaluate new category opportunities. Translate ideas into strong concepts with valid consumer insights. Assess potential of the concepts based on consumer validation results, prepare action plan and set priorities on NPD initiatives.
Guide brand managers through broad consumer trends, indicate potential growth areas and market opportunities to accelerate rate of innovations. Manage exploratory projects (analysis, brainstorm sessions, etc.
Provide sufficient market analysis and recommendations for new initiatives including:
Ensure the regular observation and analysis of the markets and competitors; promote early recognition of changing market situations and recommended appropriate marketing action. Search various sources looking for relevant information about markets/competition/consumer behavior relevant to the assigned projects.
Develop Business Propositions for Innovations utilizing relevant financial and business assumptions in terms of:
Establish and manage innovations budgets for related activities. Perform P&L; management and recommendations.
More than 10 years of experience in marketing/sales positions (strategy and / or business development functions).
Strong experience in P&L; Management & financial forecasting (end to end).
Project Management experience.
Integrated Marketing Communications experience.
Lead Multifunctional Teams.
Creating new and different.
Making complex decision.
Keeping on the point.
Personal flexibility (dealing with ambiguity, self-development and knowledge).
