As a Creative Pod Manager, you're the one steering the ship.
You'll lead a high‐performing pod of strategists, editors, and creator coordinators, ensuring every batch produces winning ads, every deliverable hits the mark, and every client feels like they're in the best hands possible.
You'll oversee creative strategy, team alignment, and client communication, helping teams achieve measurable results while keeping quality and efficiency sky‐high.

Run bi‐weekly strategy calls with clients
Send proactive Slack updates to clients every week summarizing wins, blockers, insights, and next steps
Build client trust and flag any churn risks right away
Performance Monitoring & Strategy Optimization
Review weekly or bi‐weekly the ad account to identify optimization opportunities and share valuable insights of our work with clients
Lead internal strategy sessions with the pod to align on results, priorities,
and solutions to increase results for clients
Hiring & Onboarding
Interview and evaluate pod candidates to assess their skills, ensuring we hire top talent to deliver strong client results
Onboard new team members and train them on workflows so they can ramp up quickly
Team Operations & Leadership
Run daily pod meetings to stay on top of activities, ensure targets are being met, identify issues, and discuss improvement projects
Make sure the team's efforts line up with agency goals
Help team members accomplish their goals within the agency and feel fulfilled in their work
Step in or support pod members when workload spikes to keep delivery timelines tight and quality consistent
Run strategy meetings to proactively work towards client goals
Foster a culture of growth, feedback, and creative excellence within your pod
