In this role, you will face a range of challenges, including:
- Out-of-the-box thinking to resolve daily queries from multiple stakeholders across the business, including clients .

- Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and finding practical ways to collaborate effectively.
- Managing a small team , supporting performance, prioritization, and day-to-day delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and processing income-related transactions across multiple proprietary and vendor platforms .
- Facilitating accurate and timely income processing for all in-scope products across markets.
- Owning and resolving booking issues impacting clients, demonstrating strong accountability and client-oriented focus.
- Creating strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and partnering day-to-day to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Speaking up with ideas to address process and technology gaps and driving initiatives through to completion .
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are consistently met, including coverage planning and adherence to controls.
- Escalating issues promptly , with clear communication and appropriate prioritization.
- Supporting and managing team members by allocating work, coaching on problem-solving and controls, providing feedback, and helping build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
