Job Title: Ad Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

We’re helping our client find an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, track accurately, and perform effectively.

Responsibilities

- Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager). Primary platforms will be Meta and Demand Gen (You Tube). Potential for Tik Tok, Snapchat, App Lovin
- Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct delivery, pacing, and performance
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and reporting issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign specs, processes, and optimizations
- Support A/B testing, creative rotations,



and optimization recommendations based on strategic direction from your manager
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations, and internal standards
- Communicate campaign status, issues, and insights clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media support roles
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, Snap, etc.)
- Experience with ad servers, tags, and tracking (e.g., Campaign Manager, Pixels, UTM parameters)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of fundamental media metrics

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with Paid Social advertising/DSPs
- Experience working with creative teams and external agencies
