Essential Duties
- Assist the team by evaluating patients’ speech or language needs and formulating a plan of care.
- Participate in weekly case conferences.
- Observe and report significant changes to the MD and care team.
- Set rehab goals for patients to attempt to meet during the course of therapy.

Qualifications




- Current Arkansas Speech Therapist licensure required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- At least two years of experience as a speech therapist.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Active listening skills.
