The role requires full ownership of project delivery, cross-regional coordination, strategic decision-making, and communication with senior executives. Key responsibilities include: Managing large-scale, high-complexity projects across different regions and business units Leading distributed teams and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels Overseeing vendor and partner relationships Managing risk, change,



and incident processes Running post-mortems and driving continuous improvement Establishing and maintaining project management best practices Providing coaching and guidance to junior PMs Ensuring smooth communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking Strong communication skills, including technical writing System- and process-oriented mindset Ability to influence business stakeholders and drive decisions Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior PMs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision English — very good (spoken & written) PMP or PgMP certification Experience working in international, distributed teams Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar budgets Knowledge of project management best practices
