We're looking for a strong IT/Technical Recruiter who can identify and close top talent across Platform Engineering, AI, Full Stack, Cloud, Data, and Dev Ops roles. If you can move fast, understand tech roles, and build high-quality pipelines - we'd like to connect.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Source candidates via Linked In, referrals, and job platforms
- Screen and qualify candidates effectively
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruiting
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities
- Solid understanding of tech roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines




- Strong communication skills with an ownership mindset
