Faccelove is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand serving thousands of customers worldwide every day. Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to continuously improve the performance of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and experienced in running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversion rate and revenue.

Responsibilities

Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests across key parts of the store including:

Product pages
Headlines and product copy
Checkout pages
Offers and bundles
Add-to-cart buttons

Page layouts and UX flows

Optimize product page structure to maximize conversion rate and revenue per visitor
Improve store speed, performance, and overall user experience
Develop data-driven hypotheses and turn them into actionable CRO experiments
Interpret test results and implement winning variations
Monitor conversion metrics daily and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure a seamless mobile shopping experience (priority)





Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to validate assumptions and improve performance

Requirements

3–5+ years of CRO experience for e-commerce brands

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and buyer psychology

Experience optimizing:

Layouts
Headlines and product copy
Checkout flows
Offer structures

Site speed and performance

Ability to interpret analytics from GA4, heatmaps, and user recordings
Data-driven, organized, and able to work independently

Available 5 days per week for ongoing optimization work

Nice to Have

Experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
Experience with post-purchase upsells and LTV optimization funnels
Experience collaborating with creative strategists and performance marketers
Strong understanding of high-converting e-commerce design

Ability to analyze competitors and propose advanced CRO strategies
