Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
Understand clients' business objectives and help them achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and advice
Conduct regular check‐ins with clients to help them get ready for their compliance audit engagements
Identify needs for additional services
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services to clients
Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues, and develop solutions to improve their experience
Ensure clients are satisfied with our services, and identify opportunities for upselling
Requirements3+ years of experience in a client‐facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
Ability to quickly grasp the basics of various compliance frameworks and dem
