Essential Duties

Assist the team by evaluating patients' speech or language needs and formulating a plan of care.

Participate in weekly case conferences.

Observe and report significant changes to the MD and care team.

Set rehab goals for patients to attempt to meet during the course of therapy.

Qualifications





Current Arkansas Speech Therapist licensure required.

Current CPR certification required.

At least two years of experience as a speech therapist.

Excellent time‐management skills.

Active listening skills.
