Position Summary

The adequate candidate combines program management expertise with strong relationship‑building skills and a deep understanding of partnership lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable partner programs aligned with company growth objectives. Define partner tiers, incentives, enablement frameworks, and performance metrics. Develop partner onboarding, certification, and engagement processes. Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners. Serve as primary point of contact for partner communications. Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
