Office Management: Facilities Management and Administration – oversee all aspects of office maintenance and office expenses, manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, address facility‑related issues promptly. Procurement – order and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring the office is well‑stocked and optimized for productivity. Logistics & Support – provide general administrative support to the sales team and management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with travel arrangements. HR Administration Support – maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and vacation time; assist with onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Team Welfare – champion a positive and supportive work environment, assist with the organization of team events, celebrations, and initiatives to boost morale and engagement. Recruiting – Full‑Cycle Recruitment:



manage the entire recruitment process for sales professionals from initial requisition to offer acceptance. Recruiting – Sourcing: proactively identify and attract top sales talent through various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach). Recruiting – Coordination: schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer process. Performance Tracking & KPIs – daily sales KPIs: assist in tracking and reporting on daily sales team key performance indicators, monitoring number of calls made and call conversion rates. Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) in an office manager and recruitment role, preferably within a fast‑paced sales environment. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) – essential. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems – advantage. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem‑solve, and work independently. Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in Argentina is a plus. Compensation
Base Salary: $1,200 USD per month Performance Bonuses: opportunities for additional bonuses based on office management efficiency and successful recruitment outcomes. Pay: $1,408–$1,643 per month Location
