Strengthens the quality culture by coaching shop‑floor teams, leading quality monitors, and promoting data‑driven problem solving.

What You Will Do

- Ensure robust new tire launches by aligning with NPI development, design‑for‑uniformity principles, and process concepts that enable consistent, high‑quality tire releases.
- Safeguard product and process quality by ensuring GQMTS and QAI alignment with local procedures, leading LPAs, FMEA, and Control Plan execution while reinforcing adherence to quality fundamentals.
- Drive a strong quality culture by leading plant‑wide quality initiatives,



empowering associates through training, and promoting “speak up” behaviors when standards or processes are at risk.
- Improve operational performance by leading waste‑reduction and process‑control initiatives, leveraging PO pillars and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen process capability across the plant.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math.
- 3.5 or more years of experience required.
- Desired knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
