As part of the Cybersecurity team, you support business continuity and disaster recovery programs that enhance organisational resilience. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity to deliver quality solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global teams, manage multiple workstreams, and apply industry standards to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities





- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to inform planning.
- Develop and implement continuity strategies and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with general teams to enhance organisational resilience.
- Manage multiple workstreams to secure project success.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align on recovery objectives.
- Apply industry standards to improve disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recovery strategies.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.

What Sets You Apart

- Certifications in ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCI, CBCP, ITIL.
- Experience with resilience management tools like Fusion, Archer, Service Now.
- Possessing cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Excelling in creative problem‑solving.
- Managing multiple workstreams effectively.
