Job Summary
We are looking for a high‐energy, driven professional to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will interact with clients across Latin America, working closely with Account Executives to fill pipelines, achieve quotas, and leverage Salesforce's AI tools to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Salesforce.com in Latin America.
Create a great first impression with prospects by providing a world‐class experience.
Partner with experienced Account Executives to develop pipeline and enhance your skills.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads via creative follow‐up communications.
Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business.
Leverage Salesforce's AI tools to streamline workflows and articulate the value proposition to customers.
Qualifications
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Bachelor's degree completed within the past three years with inbound sales experience, or on track to complete within six months of start date.
Strong desire to work in technology sales.
Previous inside sales experience (a plus).
Experience working to metrics (a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem‐solving skills.
High energy and positive attitude.
Ability to take initiative.

Buenos Aires, Argentina. No relocation assistance is provided. English language fluency required.
