This role is responsible for the strategy, adoption, and operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on maximizing business value across the organization.Key AccountabilitiesOwn and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)Drive adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration toolsLead clear, end-user focused communication for M365 changes and updatesEnsure platform performance, security, and compliancePartner with business and IT to deliver M365 solutions aligned to needsEstablish standards, documentation,
