Role Overview
Junior Accounts Payable Analyst
Join our Accounts Payable team in the Buenos Aires office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices
Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors
Support analytical reporting related to AP activities
Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms
Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
Reconcile and analyze monthly reports
Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory)




Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications
Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and strong problem‐solving abilities
Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, changing environment
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
Work modality: Onsite
