As a Control Manager within the Currencies and Emerging Markets business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating controls to manage non-financial risks.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
As well assists in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.Role ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with stakeholders, evaluate and perform an end-to-end analysis of the business' risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses and determine root cause of control failures.Ensure that controls are properly designed, operating effectively,



and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.Perform ongoing analysis of business related data and ability to work with ad-hoc reports to support business-related programs and strategies.Enable strategic initiatives by providing expert risk and control design guidance and navigational assistance, ensuring seamless collaboration across functional groups involved with Front Office Business.Assist with development of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentations through participation in end-to-end process walkthroughs and deep dives with assigned business units.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.3-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory.Excellent communication/presentation skills – verbal, written and technical (e.g., PowerPoint).
