ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain scalable, secure backend systems that power a high-scale consumer dating platform.You will work with Kotlin and AWS-native services, owning projects end-to-end from architecture to production delivery.The role includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical standards, with AI-assisted development tools integrated into the engineering workflow.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign, implement, and maintain backend systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable, using AWS-native servicesDrive individual projects from inception to delivery, owning the full software development lifecycleCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers,
