Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join our growing Tax Technology team. As a TBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications
Work closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs
Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, and other requirements artifacts for tax technology projects
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on tax technology solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet user expectations
Identify and document potential risks and mitigation strategies
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business analysis processes
Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on Tax Technology
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have the ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile way
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)
Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience in Microsoft technologies but not limited to D365, .Net, Azure cloud, ADO
Experience in creating and leading the Business requirement document gathering phase
