Your Impact

This position is responsible for managing the service area and supporting technical issues in Central and North region of Argentina.

The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally in the factory.

The person is also responsible for transferring technical solutions from the factory to dealers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Support or answer technical issues reported by tech connect.
- Lead workshops for new products and for internal processes.
- Provide permanent coaching to dealers.
- Visit customers as a courtesy or for technical problems.
- Use EDT (Electronic Diagnostic Tool)



for support.
- Know how to fix AGCO portfolio and, at times, operate the equipment.

Qualifications
- Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
- Background in agriculture or industry.

Work Location

South of Buenos Aires (Bahía Blanca, Tres Arroyos, Trenque Lauquen, Mar del Plata, Necochea).
