10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking Strong communication skills, including technical writing System- and process-oriented mindset Ability to influence business stakeholders and drive decisions Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior PMs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision English — very good (spoken & written) PMP or PgMP certification Experience working in international, distributed teams Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar budgets Knowledge of project management best practices
