The IC Territory Manager in South America manages a territory’s sales strategy by developing relationships with distributors and/or retail stores and executing against regional goals. Responsibilities
Owns the preparation and execution of strategies within a defined market, leveraging the Consultative Sales Thought Process (CSTP) to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for distributors. Manages a defined geographic territory by planning and scheduling customer visits to optimize coverage and maximize growth potential. Leads and executes training sessions and product demonstrations to drive product awareness, address customer needs, and generate demand. Owns and manages relationships with Direct Distributors/Dealers, ensuring alignment on sales goals, inventory planning, promotional execution, and market development initiatives. Builds and owns strong relationships with distribution and/or retail stores, uncovering opportunities through consistent communication, follow-up, and engagement. Builds and executes territory business plans by analyzing market data, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning strategies with organizational goals. Maintains an understanding of the marketplace, including user needs, conversion opportunities, applications, products, competition, and distribution channels, to develop a strategy for the market and/or accounts. Drives positive mixed management to improve overall profitability.



Utilizes and analyzes CRM daily to manage customer data and planning, leveraging customer targets, category goals, conversion opportunities, strategic initiatives, and financial metrics to drive sales performance. Monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and provide recommendations to product marketing and sales leadership. Drives cross‑functional collaboration by actively partnering with Milwaukee Tool team members (including Sales Specialists, Marketing, and Service) to share best practices, provide feedback, and reinforce a “One Team” mentality. Contributes to functional and cross‑functional initiatives, including secondary accounts, trade shows, and MIT programs, to drive business success. Location

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience
1+ year(s) experience in a Territory Representative or TeamTTI Territory Manager position or equivalent internal or external sales experience. Travel
Must be willing and able to travel extensively (up to 70%), primarily by car within the assigned territory, with occasional air travel as needed. Accountability
No direct reports; accountable for individual performance while positively indirectly influencing peers.
