We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with strong experience developing high-performing ad creative, a performance mindset and a sense of how brand, content and creative drive measurable growth. You’ll lead paid acquisition and creative strategy, working closely with designers, editors and copywriters to turn ideas into campaigns that convert. You’ll use AI tools and performance data to scale creative output and inform every decision. You’re excited to bring that thinking to a company where creative is at the core of what we do. What you’ll do
Own paid acquisition end to end Lead paid channels across Meta, Linked In, Google, You Tube and Tik Tok Lead strategy, creative testing, budget allocation and A/B tests Track key performance signals (CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution) Translate performance signals into clear creative direction for the team Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles and scripts for paid and organic campaigns Write clear briefs for designers, video editors and copywriters — you’ll brief the same talent we send to our enterprise clients Leverage AI tools and creative testing frameworks to scale creative production and inform iteration Scale what’s working and keep the creative pipeline full Contribute to brand voice,
tone and organic content alongside paid Improve landing pages and conversion rates through sharper messaging and creative Keep a pulse on ad libraries and category benchmarks Work closely with founders and the creative team Help structure how marketing operates as we grow Build systems and processes for scalable growth What you’ll bring
Proven experience managing paid acquisition across Meta, Linked In, Google, You Tube and Tik Tok A portfolio of ad concepts you’ve created, not just campaigns you’ve run Strong understanding of hooks, UGC and short-form video Strong copywriting instincts and a feel for creative that resonates Experience working closely with creative teams (design, video, copy) Data-informed mindset: comfortable reading performance signals to guide creative decisions Experience with creative testing tools (Foreplay, Atria, Motion, Kalodata or similar) and AI tools to scale creative production Track record of building creative testing frameworks or systems that improved performance Clear commercial thinking and a hands‑on, collaborative approach Excellent written and spoken English Ideally experience in B2B, SaaS, creative services or tech-enabled businesses
