We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise applications. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to turn real business needs into actionable solutions. You'll be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle, helping ensure what gets built truly aligns with business goals. What You'll Be Doing
Partner with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand challenges, goals, and success criteria Lead requirement gathering through interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements docs, and system diagrams Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design solutions that align with business needs Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios,
acceptance criteria, and validation plans Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing, helping ensure successful delivery Act as a key point of communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in enterprise environments Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements Experience with Salesforce and Service Now Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured documentation Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a nice-to-have
