Accountant
to join our team in
Buenos Aires, Argentina . This opportunity is idóneo for a professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll management, who is ready to take ownership of client portfolios and lead end-to-end accounting processes in a dynamic environment. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery, while also mentoring team members and contributing to process improvements. What will you do?
Lead and oversee monthly accounting closings Review and approve financial statements and management reports Supervise accounting and bank reconciliations Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations Review and approve tax filings before AFIP, AGIP,



and ARBA Manage procedures with public authorities and notary offices Ensure proper application of inflation adjustment procedures Provide accounting and tax analysis and advisory support to clients Act as the main point of contact for client communications Mentor and support junior and semi-senior team members Ensure compliance with Argentine accounting standards and regulations Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–8+ years of accounting experience, ideally in accounting firms Strong experience with monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced knowledge of Argentine tax regulations and compliance processes Experience reviewing and approving tax filings (AFIP, AGIP, ARBA) Strong understanding of inflation adjustment procedures Proven experience supervising and mentoring accounting teams Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Excellent communication and client-facing skills Nice to have
Experience working with S.A.S. entities Experience with payroll systems such as Holistor Sueldos Web Background managing multinational or complex client structures Interest in regulatory updates and technical developments Experience improving accounting processes and operational efficiencies We want to meet you!
