Qualifications
MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 5 years of proven experience in a similar position Strong technical skills and relevant experience in managing distributed systems in container scheduling platforms (bonus: Kubernetes) Experience managing workloads and designing reliable architectures in major Cloud Platforms (bonus: Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services) Used to managing infrastructure as code (bonus: Terraform) Experience designing, developing and maintaining backend applications (bonus: Nodejs, Typescript) Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Data Dog, Grafana+Prometheus Experience with NoSQL document-based data stores like MongoDB, Elastic Search and Redis Experience managing distributed data, high availability and automatic failovers Experience with git and Git Hub (bonus: Git Hub API) Responsibilities




Lead moderate to highly complex programming tasks and provide code reviews for various development tasks Automate processes to avoid repetitive manual work Build applications or tools to support workflow Deliver high quality solutions including code, documentation and process definitions Explain thought process and justify actions; provide analysis and recommend solutions based on evidence Participate in system design, specifications, program logic and flow-charting, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support Proficient with security standards in application layer, network topology, cloud architecture and resource configuration Benefits
