We are looking for a Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer / Cloud Architect to design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure on Azure, with a strong focus on the secure, efficient, and compliant processing of healthcare data (DICOM medical images). This role will be key in defining architecture, automation, and optimization strategies, directly impacting integral healthcare solutions. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure cloud architectures. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and continuous software delivery. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC)



for automated and reproducible environments. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHI), applying best practices. Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and cost optimization strategies across Azure environments. Collaborate with engineering and data teams, acting as a cloud subject matter expert. Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure in complex, enterprise environments. 4+ years of experience with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI). 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, ARM or Bicep). 3+ years of experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS). 3+ years of experience in scripting (Python, Bash, or Power Shell). 2+ years of experi
