Role Overview We are seeking a Strategy & Management Consultant to join a general consulting team. In this role, you will work on high-impact projects, helping clients solve strategic and operational challenges while collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading portions of project work.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
Lead specific workstreams and guide junior analysts when needed
Collaborate across projects including: Organizational transformation
Private equity due diligence
Strategic planning & execution
Market research & assessments
Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
Develop presentations and reports with clear, data-driven insights




Ensure high-quality and timely project execution
Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, financial services, non-profits, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, PhD, or similar) is a plus
Experience in client-facing roles
Exposure to strategy, research, or transaction-related projects

$2,500 – $3,500 USD per month
