ELEKS Dev Ops Office is looking for a Senior Dev Ops in Buenos Aires and Córdoba City (Argentina). About Project: ELEKS is running a Discovery phase for a US healthcare client ahead of an enterprise Dev Ops tools consolidation program. Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on technical inventory of tools across environments Conduct integration mapping (Git Hub, Jira, qTest, CI/CD dependencies) Support identity and access architecture (AD/Entra, SSO, user provisioning) Assess migration complexity and contribute to risk register and SOW inputs Support migration and consolidation of tools including Jira, Confluence, Git Hub Enterprise, qTest, Informatica, Neo Load, and Browser Stack Configure and validate integrations, CI/CD workflows, and automation setups Support bulk user provisioning and per‑tool entitlements Prepare technical documentation (inventory, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts) Support hyper‑care activities and system stabilization post‑migration Requirements
4+ years of hands‑on Dev Ops engineering experience Experience with Git Hub Enterprise – repository administration, Git Hub Actions, secrets management,



and runner configuration Experience with CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins and/or Git Hub Actions; pipeline‑as‑code patterns Experience in enterprise tool migration or consolidation (not just greenfield implementation) Experience with identity and access – Active Directory / Entra provisioning, SSO configuration, RBAC per tool Ability to produce technical documentation – inventory reports, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts Strong written and verbal English skills, with daily stakeholder communication and reporting Nice to have
GHAS – code scanning, secret scanning, dependency review Informatica on‑prem deployment model and ETL pipeline work qTest or a similar test management platform Neo Load or performance testing tooling Browser Stack, Perfecto, or Selenium Grid administration Launch Darkly or a similar feature flag platform Experience in regulated industries – change management, CAB processes, audit compliance What you will get with ELEKS
