We are currently looking for a Performance Video Editor (UGC, Paid Social & CTV) in Argentina. This role is focused on high‑impact creative production for performance marketing, where video is directly tied to acquisition and revenue outcomes. You will transform raw footage into multiple ad variations designed to maximize engagement and conversion across Meta, Tik Tok, and CTV platforms. Working at the intersection of creativity and media buying, you will continuously iterate on content based on performance data and testing insights. The environment is fast‑paced and highly experimental, requiring a strong understanding of what drives attention and action in short‑form digital advertising. You will collaborate closely with media buyers to rapidly scale winning creatives and optimize underperforming ones. This is a performance‑driven role where creative decisions directly influence campaign success. Responsibilities
Edit and transform raw footage into 5–10+ high‑performing ad variations with different hooks, angles, formats, and messaging. Create UGC‑style ads, remixed content, and collages tailored for paid social platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok. Adapt and optimize video creatives specifically for CTV environments, ensuring format and pacing alignment. Implement and test hooks, CTAs, text overlays, and messaging variations to improve engagement and conversion. Optimize storytelling, pacing, and retention to align with performance marketing best practices. Collaborate closely with media buyers to iterate creatives based on campaign performance data. Continuously repurpose existing content into new variations for ongoing testing and scaling. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance‑driven video editing, ideally within DTC or eCommerce environments.
