Product); Comfort discussing architecture‑level decisions; Experience gathering requirements directly from clients or external systems; 4+ years of experience in software business analysis and product management in a SaaS company; Experience with modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma; Familiarity with LLM, ML, agentic, and AI tools for rapid prototyping; Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves
University degree; Experience with student information system integrations; Product Management certification; PMP certification; Subject matter expertise with ERP products and integration APIs; Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau; Experience with SIS or ERP integrations; Exposure to middleware platforms or integration layers; Background in data-heavy environments such as ETL and pipelines; Practical understanding of SQL.
