Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at Pearson, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Consultant Performance Review: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide guidance and support to customer as well as consultant teams.
Training and Skill Enhancement: attend training sessions with the Consultancy team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Educate sales personnel on Aramis and Lab Series philosophy.
Sales Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales events.




Ensure staff deliver professional service and maintain product knowledge.
Remote Work and Travel.
Represent Pearson during client visits and industry events.
Create a pipeline for the Field Education Sales Representative.
Sales Governance: Manage the end-to-end sales governance process.
Raise awareness of strategic opportunities across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education Background: A background in sales and education is preferred. A relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or University Degree) in Business, English Teacher, Education, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
- Driving Requirement: Having a car is mandatory due to travel commitments.
- Curiosity and Adaptability: Stay informed about educational trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
