ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across a Marketplace ecosystem — including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and AI capabilities.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross-platform dependencies.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives;- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs;- Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership;- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines;- Understand system-level architecture and cross-platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution;- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies;- Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals;- Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams;- Own key program artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reporting,
documentation);- Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives;- Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs (growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run-operate goals);- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.MUST HAVES- 4+ years of experience in Program Management roles;- Strong understanding of high-level system architecture and end-to-end system flows;- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems with a structured, solutions-oriented approach;- Solid program and project management fundamentals (e.g., RACI, project planning, risk management);- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and UX teams;- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging TDMs, PMs, Directors, and senior leaders;- Strong Upper-intermediate or Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal);- Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to define objectives and drive outcomes;- Experience managing dependencies across technical teams and systems;- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and PPM tools;- Strong communication and collaboration skills.NICE TO HAVES- Experience working on AI-related initiatives or integrations;- Familiarity with CIAM systems, messaging platforms,

- Flextime: Adaptable schedule with remote and office options.Requirements6-8 years of experience in data engineering Proficient in Python programming — data pipeline development, transformation logic, and automation scripts Proficient in data query and analysis using SQL, with strong hands-on experience in BigQuery — partitioning, clustering, materialised views, and time-series query patterns at scale Hands-on experience building and scheduling pipelines using Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) — DAG authoring, SLA alerting, retry logic, and dependency management Working knowledge of Dataproc (Apache Spark) — batch ingestion, Delta Lake merge operations, and incremental data processing Proficient in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or others for accelerating code generation and enhancing developer productivity Code versioning and collaboration using Git — branching strategies, pull request workflows, and pipeline-as-code practices Familiarity with REST APIs — consuming external data vendor APIs and building service-layer integrations Familiarity with GCP cloud technologies — Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Datastream, Cloud Monitoring, IAM, and VPC Service Controls
