Autumn ABA - Autumn ABA is hiring a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home and telehealth ABA therapy to children with autism across Puerto Rico.
This is a growing role with strong long-term potential — you will help shape and expand our services on the island while joining a supportive, mission-driven team.We are looking for a BCBA who can operate independently, knows (or wants to learn) the Puerto Rico ABA landscape, and is ready to make real impact.What You'll DoProvide in-home and telehealth ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DisorderConduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Develop and oversee individualized treatment plansSupervise and support RBTs and Behavior TechniciansDeliver parent training and ongoing collaborationMaintain timely,
