SapChief of Staff Support – Reinvention Services (Associate Manager)About the RoleJoin a high-impact team that partners directly with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and enable transformation across Reinvention Services.As part of the Chief of Staff support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the Chief Services Officer and his leadership teams are focused and prepared for the key client programs and internal governance.What You'll DoOrchestrate leadership governance: manage agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for weekly/monthly meetings.Track and follow through: log decisions and actions, ensuring accountability and timely execution.Analyze and improve processes: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Reinvention Services leadership, Chiefs of Staff, Marketing + Communications, and Executive Assistants.What We're Looking ForStrong project and task management skills in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience and comfort working with senior stakeholders.Good attention to detail and ability to review high-visibility materials.Strong English communication.Why Join Us?
