As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll be responsible for laptop configuration, deployment and desktop support.
You will join a dedicated IT team that supports the backbone of clinical research operations.
You'll provide critical first-level technical support to our clinical research professionals, ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to advance groundbreaking clinical trials.

You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
We value your reliability, adaptability, and willingness to support your colleagues with patience and empathy.Required Experience:1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical roleLaptop configuration, deployment and desktop supportProficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systemsKnowledge of standard office productivity software (Microsoft Office,



Google Workspace)Basic understanding of network concepts and troubleshootingExperience with service desk ticketing systemsAdvanced English LevelWhat You'll DoRespond to and resolve user requests and incidents through the service desk ticketing system, providing first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issuesConfigure, install, and update software applications and peripherals; set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing usersCreate, modify, and disable user accounts; reset passwords; and manage user permissions and access rights based on role requirementsPerform basic hardware repairs and replacements (memory, hard drives, peripherals) and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performanceProvide basic training to users on standard software applications and systems; create and maintain end-user documentation and quick reference guidesMaintain accurate records of all support activities in the service desk system and document common issues and solutions for knowledge base articlesSupport disaster recovery and business continuity testing; assist with physical inventory audits of IT assetsEnsure adherence to IT security policies and procedures; assist with security measures such as antivirus updates and patchesAdditional DetailsDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training requiredFamiliarity with remote support tools and technologiesBasic knowledge of IT security principles and mobile device managementBasic understanding of clinical research applications beneficial but not requiredFamiliarity with regulated environments a plusWhy Join UsBe part of groundbreaking projects that are pushing the boundaries of the industry and making a real difference in healthcare.
